NOTICE OF ELECTION OF THE
QUALIFIED VOTERS OF THE CIRCLEVILE FIRE DISTRICT
TOWN OF
WALLKILL, ORANGE COUNTY, NEW YORK
TO THE
QUALIFIED VOTERS OF CIRCLEVILLE FIRE DISTRICT, Town
of Wallkill, Orange County, New York:
PLEASE
TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Fire Commissioners
of the Circleville Fire District, Town of Wallkill,
Orange County has sechedule a meeting of the
qualified voters of said District to be held at the
Circleville Firehouse at 2147 Route 302,
Circleville, New York on the 8th day of
December, 2009 at 6:00p.m. on that day, with polls
to be open between the hours of 6:00p.m and 9:00
p.m. for the purpose of voting upon the following
proposition:
PROPOSITION NO. 1
Shall the
Resolution entitled:
BOND
RESOLUTION F THE BOARD OF FIRE COMMISIONERS OF THE
CIRCLEVILLE FIRE DISTRICT, TOWN OF WALLKILL, ORANGE
COUNTY, NEW YORK (THE “DISTRICT”), AUTHORIZING THE
ACQUISTION AND EQUIPPING OF A PUMPER FIRE APPARATUS
AND RELATED EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES RELATED THERETO;
ESTIMATING THE TOTAL COST THEREOF AT $535,000;
APPROPRIATING SAID AMOUNT THEREFOR; AND AUTHORIZING
THE ISSUANCE OF $340,000 IN SERIAL BONDS OF THE
DISTRICT TO FINANCE SAID APPROPRIATION
Duly adopted
by the Board of Fire Commissioner of said Fire
District on October 20, 2009 be approved. |
